Inventory
All parts and materials are handled in our EOS/ESD compliant warehouse. Every shipment is examined for quality by one of our highly qualified and ESD trained personnel. Products undergo detailed testing and inspection, including visual inspection of products and packaging, electronic measurements, image collection, comparison to manufacturer specifications, solderability, and functional and electrical testing of statistically selected samples. Equipment used includes microscopes, tape and reel counters, and vacuum sealers. Suspect parts are immediately quarantined in a protected area prior to destruction and disposal. We make sure that they are not returned to distribution channels. There is ongoing training for all warehouse personnel as the global electronics marketplace changes.
